noise in between shifts

im hearing a spinning kind of whinning noise when im excellerating heay from 1st to 2nd. i dont think its the trans, i was wondering if it could be the turbo? the truck is a 2000 with 70,000 miles on it. only does it when im heavy on the fuel.

My truck wines oddly too when the skinny's down.

The only other noise I hear when the truck shifts is tires chirping...
