So I was coming home the other day and my truck to a dump on me about a block from my house. I got it started again, barely and got it in my driveway. It finally seemed to be running fine again, so I drove her to work the next day. She made it to about a mile from work and lost power and started running horrible again and died. This time it took about 20 minutes to get her limping to work. So that day, I changed the filter and got her running again, though not great and she died on the way home again, about 3 miles away. I read on here all about things it could be, and changed the CPS and checked my HPOP, put some new diesel in her and some additive, still no luck. It just cranked and cranked. Then I talked to a buddy, who said to check my edge chip. I unhooked it and bam, she fired right up and is running great. So, my truck didn't take a dump after all, it was just a lousy old edge chip I can place the blame on...
