Truck is using oil

My 7.3 is using 2-2.5 quarts of oil over 5000 miles on the last two changes.it didnt use any before that. It is not leaking.

Motor has 29,000 on it. Any ideas where its going?

2.5 quarts over 5k isnt nothing to worry about I would think. I believe I have read they can use up to a quart every 1k miles. I know alot of motors now adays are like this

Sounds like injector O-rings. Check fuel filter housing for signs of oil.
