Fuel leak at tank

Ok, i had to drop my fuel tank awhile back to change the screen in there, Now i'm noticing a little fuel at the top of the tank. I'm wondering if i didn't damage the connection between the lines coming out of the tank and the fuel line connection. Whats the best solution for fixing this, new fuel line and clamps?? also if its leaking than that means air or water can get in. Or can i fix this some other way?
