7.3 under valve cover harness

I'm having a problem which i think i've issolated to the wire harness that goes into the cover it's self. Is there anyway to replace the harness without replacing all the wires.

Are you talking about the wires under the valve cover or the connector? You should be able to splice a wire in. jsut make sure you solder it and heat shrink it well. There is a electricians liquid tape that works well. ive used that stuff in applications that would make regular tape or heat shrink cry.

The harness under the cover plugs into the gasket and the wiring out side of the cover plugs into the opposite side. The UVC gasket is easy to replace and can be done with out replacing the "exterior" wiring.

Try to search in the part number of the Valve Cover Harness in order to see what is compatible in his vehicle. Sometimes you need also other resources in order to see some stuffs here to have the said part number so that you may have a good running vehicle. Hope you can find it in some shops or here in the net.
