p1316 code need advice

so i went out this morning and started my truck like i do every morning and it started and idled fine. then when i went to put it to gear the truck started to miss bad almost bad enough to kill the truck. so i checked the codes with my evolution and p1316 came up. so i looked under the hood and noticed that the truck was only running on the passenger side bank. i started searching the forums for some help and found the UVC retainer wedge helped alot of other people with some of the same symptoms. so i went to ford and bought one and put it on. when i started the truck it ran the same as before, but when i cleared the codes again after install the miss cleared up a little. now it seems like it droped a cylinder i think #1 and the same code p1316. what could the problem be, any help would be greatly apperciated.
