Question Stuttering help

I have a 99 f350 that I just bought about a month ago it has about 187k on it and a fresh built tranny. But over the last week it has developed an occasional stutter when i am running at low throttle going through town or something almost feels like a skip and when i first get on the throttle to pull out of the drive it does the same thing but as long as i'm on the throttle at least 1/4 or more it runs smooth also when i first start the engine it idles kinda rough to begin with but i have no ses light. i'm thinkin maybe a sensor because it's sporatic its not a constant thing but i'm not sure any help would be greatly appreciated

perhaps a loose wiring harness under the valve cover? or, a "funny" injector? or ???
I would start by scanning the 'puter with a high quality scan tool such as a Snap On. Let us know what you find out.

my 2002 F250 7.3 is doing same thing and i have only had it for 2 days. starting to get a little aggrevated. if i find something out i will definately post it up here. 3 mechs gave me 3 different problems. fuel filters, cps, and last but definately not least (most expensive) fuel injectors...
