Swap E-450 7.3 into F-350

The motor in my 2001 F-350 has taken a dump. I have found a 2003 E-450 with a 7.3 for sale. Will I be able to make the change? What kind of problems will I have? I am thinking the are the same with minor changes.
Thanks for any information, Dean

It's the same engine, the only difference may be some of the brackets, but you'll just put on the one's for your truck.
