check engine light truck runs fine

i have a 99 powerstroke when programmed or de programmed from time to time i get the check engine light i have checked codes i'm not getting any codes took it to ford dealer and everytime they tell me i need a $200 sensor after 3 times i said screw it tired of paying them and not getting real answers i have new glow plugs,cam sensor,backpressure sensor,checked icp its fine doesnt make sense i can drive for a few mins and then it comes on few mins later its off and it doesnt matter how i drive i can drive fast or slow and i still get the same result its becoming really annoying and i'm tired of dealer guessing at this problem any help please.

just wanted to add that when driving truck today it seems as if i have a misfire in 1 cylinder as well so i hope his helps me help you guys help me to figure out whats wrong with truck
