engine light on 03 f350 7.3l

new to this. i have 2003 f350 with the 7.3l deisel. the light came on so i stopped by the auto store to have the codes read. it had no codes showing only showing misfire. the truck was running fine not ruff running. had plenty of power. i changed the cps and the fuel filter. now it is running extremly ruff and no power what so ever. any help or advice would greatly be appreciated. thanks
