Broken/Stuck EBPV? Noise out of exhaust

Im getting a whistling/whinning noise while accelerating and on decel. It made a kind of popping noise and then the whinning noise followed. You can hear it out of the exhaust as well. I have already pulled all of the tubes and rubber boots as well as the intake spider and boots. Cleaned all of them while checking for tears/holes. All of them looked ok so I reinstalled them and the noise didnt change at all. Im thinking the EBPV might have broke or be stuck partly closed and making the whistling noise. I have checked the up pipes and they do not appear to be leaking either. anyone?

Found the source of the noise. Ended up being a hole in the backpressure sensor tube. I found it by using a Snap On scanner to operate the ebpv and thats when it really started making the noise so that I could trace it out.
