severe oil leak

Ok so i think i have located what could be my mysterious oil leak after several failed attempts at stopping this leak and numerous hours of well below novice mechanicing skills.

i have a 2002 f250 with the 7.3 in it .. 215000 miles on this motor

first let me say i have changed both the hpop o rings , turbo pedistal o rings , passenger side valve cover gasket and i still have a massive leak.

after some reading on here i located a place called powerstrokehelp.com and by watching the video determined it could be a plug in the high pressure oil gallery.

my question is what is this part called and how hard is it for a non educated shade tree mechanic to handle this task.
