7.3L Head bolt Torque specs

I need to know the head bolt torque specs and sequence for my 99 7.3?
and how tight should the bolts that hold the injectors in?

03 F-250 Lariat Crew Cab SB 6.0L Auto 4x4
5" exhaust, AFE intake, Blue spring mod, EGR Delete, 58v FICM, Warren 175/75 injectors, Powermax Turbo,
ARP Head Studs, Coolant filter, Innovative tunes

There is a sequence to tighten the bolts. The torque for the injectors is 120 INCH pounds (10 foot pounds) I attached the head torque instructions:


2003 F-250 XLT CrewCab 7.3, Chrome BigTex Grille Guard, Quad pillar - 3 ISSPRO gauges (trans, pyro, boost) and DP-Tuner F6, Ford Severe Duty AIS, 31 row 6.0 transmission cooler (not the sissy 26 row) , ScanGauge II
