Exhaust Back Pressure Valve (EBPV) sticking
I have a DP Tuner with the Decel tune, and this morning I had it on going down a long 10% grade hill. At the bottom I tried to switch to a different program and turn it off, but the EBPV wouldn't open. I ended up pulling over and shutting the truck down for a few minutes, made sure all the connections were good and tight (they seemed to be), started the truck back up, and EBPV opened and I was good to go. I sent an e-mail to Jody at DP because I'm not sure if it's the tuner or the EBPV, but I'm wondering if it is my EBPV how do you "clean" it or get it to stop sticking?

I had the same problem with the decel mode. I talked with DP tuner and I found out the you can't apply fuel while in that mode just a lot of black smoke comes out. Check on the thread Marty has a thread on how to clean the tube to get rid of the oily mess in the lines.
