oil leak

i have an oil leak somewhere on the drivers side of the motor its not the valve covers what else could it be it appears to be from the top of the motor. on the spider thing that goes in to the left and right side heads there is some oil but i dont think this is it.... i have been noticing it but now there is some droplets on the bolt head on the lower bell housing...

also when i take off from a stop there is a squek squek noise that gets faster as the truck moves faster, nothing is touching the drive shafts or wheels and the trucks hubs are unlocked

It likely is your turbo pedestal o-rings. I suggest you watch this video - it shows all the common spots the 7.3 leaks from using a motor that's out of the truck - so you can really see what's going on:

apparently, for most people, getting the clip off of the wastegate is the hardest part - I have a link for changing your turbo, but the steps are identical - you'll just be re-using your old turbo.
