where is the fuel pump relay on a 01 f350

That's a good question. I was trying to find out myself. A member on another site told me that it is behind the radio. Why there I have no idea. I didn't take the radio out to verify though. Found another way to do what I wanted instead. I even called my local dealer & they couldn't tell me where it is. Sometimes I wonder where dealers get their mechanics from.

my 2000 has the relay behind the radio, you might be able to reach it from underneath or youll have to take out the radio

Why would they put it in such a stupid place? Gee lets not put it in the power distribution box where it is easy to get at lets make it difficult.

I have looked throught the owners manual & no where does it say where the relay is.

its actually behind the part of the dash that hold the cup holder and hook. but its on the left side in there.

will this relay fail? my truck wont start and i think its the fuel relay by the radio... its clicking like crazy and my fuel pressure is wack.
