truck quit running and wont restart

I have a 2003 7.3L 4x4 cc truck with less than 130k. I was cruising down I75 at 80mph today and all of a sudden it was like the truck was misfiring and had a loss of power. I tried pressing down on the pedal and it did nothing at all, so i just let it coast until about 15-20mph when the truck completely stalled out. Once i finally coasted to a stop it wouldnt restart, even now that its had 4 hours to cool down it still wont start. I have a feeling its a fuel issue or maybe the camshaft sensor?? any ideas? I replaced the fuel filter maybe 1500miles ago(id have to look to be sure) and the dealer replaced the camshaft sensor back in november under recall. The check engine light was on until i turned the truck completely off so hopefully a code will still appear even though the check engine light isnt on anymore. Any ideas or info would be greatly appreciated thanks'

Scan for codes. Could be IDM as what you have described sounds exactly like what happened to me.

fuses look fine but is there any way to check the relays in the fuse box that go to the idm? how can you tell if those are good or bad?. is there any other way to test the idm? The scanner i had i dont think can test anything just pull codes.

Try swapping out a CPS. They are too well known for going bad even when new.

Sounds like it may be the electric fuil pump ,its under the truck ,under the driver check it you should here run when you tune the key on , also you can remove the fuel fitter bowl top ,then tune the key on look inside two see if the pump is working good luck
