injector wiring issues? need help

i just changed my glow plugs, valve cover gaskets, and uvc wire harnesses and after i got it all put back together, it starts and runs for like 40-60 sec then starts to mis really hard.
put a code reader on it and got 3 codes p1316 (injector/idm codes) p0478 and p0470 (ebp codes that i was told were no big deal and did not relate)
used better diagnostic tool and it said that it was cyl 1 and 2
took driver side valve cover off to retrace my steps and found no visual probs with wiring (put diagnostic tool on w/ vc off after double checking conections and no change)
im am very confused and stuck. ideas would be greatly appreciated
