99 wont crank at all, fuse position

Ok just started to look into this this evening didnt get very far, I cant get the truck to even crank over or even click. I think it might be a fuse or relay, i dont have a book to tell me the position of the fuses, anyone have any idea what they are or what could cause this problem? any ideas or awnsers would be great!

You can dl the owners manual at. https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenan...ls/default.asp

It will tell you info about fuses and relays. But I would check them and replace all that are no good.
