4in downpipe removal HELP

so heres the deal i just got this truck and it has a 4in DP and 5in straight pipe and i need to register my truck but cant until i get it smog checked and inspected. so i need to put the stock exhaust back on. with out messing up the aftermarket setup. how can i pull the downpipe out it doesnt seem to fit between the firewall and the up pipe. i tried many different angles and in the process i broke the tranny dipstick tube i cant seem to pull the other sections apart either i loosened the clamps, beat it with a hammer, heated it with a torch, still nothin is there any trick to this? ive spent 5-6hrs on this with no results plz help i need this done ASAP

thanks. i know that. it has no room to move with the rest of the exhaust which i cannot get apart the flange seems to siezed up on the other piece i need to get it off

in California only cat back exhaust modifications are legal it WILL not pass the way it is

soak the whole thing in PB blaster wherever you need it to come apart and let it sit for a while
