Leaking Water Pump and DEAD starter

well like the title says, thats whats wrong. And the dealership wants 1,300 dollars

to replace and install them both. Is this accurate? can i do one of these my self? is there a way to salvage some of my water pump? HELP!! thanks

nevermind. just got a call that its done. $1,386. im fuggin pissed. and now one of the org members windowed a block due to a PMR failure with a PHP tune.......whats next
