codes--
My buddy pulled my codes today, and here's what came up
p0238--I think this is overboost? p1249--Is this because my wastegate is unhooked? p1211--I had to unplug my icp the other day when the connector wasn't making a good connection, so I think that is what this is p0541--because I have the aih delete. am I correct on all those, and (other than overboost) is there going to be any change that the computer will make due to these codes? thanks |

Both the P0238 and P1211 are common with a chip. A boost regulator like the one ITP Diesel sells will get rid of the P0238 and keep the PCM from defueling when you hit 22-23 lbs of boost but the stock HPOP can't keep up with Tony's program and causes the P1211.
You're correct on the other two. |

I have the itp overboost, I guess I need to turn it down a notch. what about the 1249? The wastegates unhooked, but how does the computer know?
