New injector bad?

Just replaced #6 injector today and engine still running very rough.It has a lot of vibration while driving and lack of power.I thought maybe IDM was the cause, but I ohm all injectors at +- 3.6 ohms except #6 which was 0.6 ohms./0.6 is also the resistance of the wiring harness alone if you just check a new one for continuity.Very odd!Does anyone Know what a good injector should read?
