Arrow oil in the radiator

i have been having computer troubles and checked oil and it was low . Was looking around and noticed a dark color in radiator over flow looked and found oil . Added two quarters of oil to motor and ran it there was signs of any water in the oil . I think the oil cooler is leaking not sure is there any other places that the oil would go into the oil

Depends on the year of the truck. If it's an OBS, the oil cooler is about the only place.

oil in coolant

Oil cooler or injector cup cracked. Just replaced a crack injector cup on mine for the same thing.
