Turbo Intake Spyder???

i just removed the turbo to install the bellow up pipes i noticed that the spyder was leaking oil out of where it clamps on... when i put everything back together i put a new o-ring in there and it still has a small leak??? are these known for warping or cracking or something??? and would thins cause a power loss at wot?? any help is greatly appreciated

did you check all of your i/c boots and the 2 plenum boots? Where does this air leak sound like it is coming from?

Well after I got it all back together I sprayed carb cleaner all around the ic boots and such and couldn't find anything...the noise sounds like excessive air intake noise and a slight ticking I guess would b the best way to explain it

You probably need to remove the spider off of the turbo again. It sounds like you may have not gotten it completely aligned when you installed it if you have a leak at the o-ring area. Did the spider fit nicely to the turbo before you installed the clamp? Or did you muscle it in there to get it hooked up?

22 PSI of boost maybe all you see if you do not have a boost fooler or similar device. Anything over 24 and the PCM will sense an overboost. How are your gauges plumbed in? Right into the spider or MAP line, or is it an electronic one that uses MAP data?
