Having problem with my 2000 7.3 high EGT and surging and more need help !!!!

Lets start off with performance mod list, all i have is a custom cold air intake with bigest filter K&N makes, upgraded piping, clamps and couplers, no cat and muffler delete, SCT 100 hp flash tune, and gauges. Now for the list of issues I am having, I see very high EGT's exceeding 1400 even with no trailer, my turbo surges like crazy in second and third gear after its in lock-up under moderate load, boost levels climb very fast to 25 lbs but as soon as it goes over 25 check engine light comes on for over boost and injector pump i believe and looses a lot of power makes it very hard to tow 10,000 lbs uphill.Also before the light comes on with the high EGT's the exhaust goes from dense black smoke at the begining of pull to a white clearish smoke. even crusing with no trailer on flat highway at 70 mph I see a constant 8 to 900 degrees. On my dyno it is even worse when I add 5,000 lbs and make it a 40% Grade hill it surges very very badly. I have no leaks in the intercooler piping and have a very small exhaust leak before turbos on the up pipes that I plan on fixing soon the truck is in storage for the winter. I have tried it with both the waste gate hooked up and unhooked. My tuner said that this shouldnt happen said he has installed same tune on several trucks they run 30lbs of boost with no problems. Fuel filter is changed every oil change. anything that you guys can sugest would be much appreciated.

well for turbo surge, a wicked wheel or ported comp housing will cure that. High egts may be a boost leak somewhere, check your up-pipes! Who is writing your tunes? For the overboost code, there are a few ways to take care of it, a 4.7v diode (see tech files) or a regulator, like I have.

thanks for the welcoming and the fast reply. As for boost leaks I know for sure that ther are none, I do know I have a very small leak on up-pipes, can you post a link to the 4.7 mod or the regulator.( whatever you think is safest). The tune was done by a gentlemen that does or did I should say all of my GM tunes at my shop. I know other guys that has had same tune with no problems without doing any mods to fool the map sensor, but at this point I am willing to do whatever I can to fix the problem, I am also a dealer for Sniper Tuning, I have been thinking about getting there diesel software I love there gas stuff. Also I am a Master Turbo Dealer and love their gas turbo stuff does anyone know about there turbos?
