need help rough idle no power until very warm

2002 7.3 183,000 multiple problems no scanner.
1. started a few weeks ago started runinng rough until warm has gotten progressively worse (SES). so far checked exhaust back pressure solinoid, and sensor. hpop resvoir is a normal fill, no out leeks in hpop system. sensor test by taking plug loose no change. change cps, no change.
2. Battery light came on today got to work about thrirty miles batteries dead.
3. exhaust leeks on both up pipes need to replace any suggestion what about diesel innovations one piece setup?

two weeks ago, replace evbp solinoid (plug broke off) the oil electric contoling oil flow and disassembled pedistal and cleaned everything, butterfly swings easlily and does not stick. unpluged the sensor at the front of the engine and no change. going to replace thermo-stat and clean sensor and tube.

Cleaned evp sensor and tube (gunky), replaced t-stat could open with one finger tip pressure, removed chip, and 18k. taking alt. to test in morning.

replaced altenator. testing running with one sensor at time unplugged.

pull your chipm your 18k mod, and then try it. then unplug your ICP sensor while idling, see if that helps smooth you out. Original injectors?

exactly what i tried ran better for a while then started to get rough, but definitely bad (icp) ordering new.

icp replaced, smooth idlr up to about 1200 rpm then misses, or stutters, once up to operating temp runs like champ. fixing exhaust leaks and taking to get scanned, buzz test, and contribution test. everything replaced so far has been bad wondering if ipr is sticking? thanks
