Unhappy need new powerstroke

does any one know of a good engine builder in south east michigan ,that is reasonable I have a 99 powerstroke with a cracked block have been looking for a used engine but everyone still wants 3500 dollars for a engine with over 100,000 miles on it. I would love to get one built from scratch anyone have any suggestions? I would greatly appreciate it thanks wolfeman73
