blower fan

Last week i went in the dictch in about four feet of snow.Since then the truck sat for a week went to start the truck today and no heater fan could it be froze or can snow not get to it.

my fan did not work for a while so i took the blower out and the housing was filled with ice. i got it all out and the heat worked for a week then stopped again, i took the blower back out and there was nothing in there. let me know how you solve your issue.
