99% sure dropped injector, now what?

Started stumbling as I drove it, then kicked the Service engine soon light.

Idles poorly, stumbles a bit.

Tried my Mac reader but wouldn't pull anything up.

If a dropped injector is the case, is it safe to drive to the dealer to get codes scanned?

Lastly, I'd prefer to upgrade injectors if I have to replace one or two, what'd be the best place to get some injectors?

i wouldnt drive it at all if you dropped the tip out of the injector.... or are you talking about the injector is just bad and not working??

bad and just not working.

towed it to the Ford garage, see what they say in the morning.
