IPR ?
How can I tell if my IPR going bad ?? any hints

Well to know for sure you would have to do a duty cycle, While cranking the truck try tapping on the IPR with a screw driver and small hammer. If starts you know its the IPR Sticking. May not start but could still be the IPR.
