idles fine / no power
2000 7.3 / 131k / won't get over 35 mph, seems to idle and start fine. No smoke. When your sitting still and throttle up it sounds fine to a point but starts to stumble at higher rpm. Seems like the turbo is inop maybe, no dash light warning. Anybody have an idea where to start looking? Any common known failure? New here. Thanks for any input.

Do you have acces to AE or a good scanner? I would be curious to see what your HPOP is doing during all of this.
