replace HPOP and now it won't start

i got a 2001 f350. i replaced the HPOP on it and now it won't start. i topped of the oil resivoir and made sure it had fuel, and ideas?

how many times did you crank it over?? sometimes it takes six-ten cranking cycles of 30 seconds or so to prime the HP oil system back up...

another common mistake is not getting the gear all the way on the pump....if its not on correctly, the camshaft wont turn it...
