High Rev Starting

Here is what I have 00 7.3, 6 speed, TS chip. Now here is my problem, I drove the truck Friday home from work everything was fine, Sat morning when I started it up the rpms were max out. I cut it off and tried several times but the same thing, its bouncing off the rev limiter and I have to cut it off. I scanned the truck for codes and nothing. Any ideas?

I'm not a diesel eng mechanic, but I've heard of the turbo leaking oil into the intake and causeing this.
