Alternator bearing
I've isolated a squealing noise to the alternator, obviously a bearing issue. The alternator looks new-- I know I need to get the multimeter on it, but I really think it's fine except for a bearing (or two) and no I'd rather not spend $150 on a rebuilt alt when all I need is a bearing (or two). Thoughts on just replacing the bearing(s)? If yes, does anybody have a part number and/or supplier?
Thanks |
