going crazy

i am loosing oil about 1 galon for 300 miles it is not leaking it is not smoking i was wondering if it could be an injector o ring i do not have oil in the fuel filter not loosing power and runs fine it is driving me nuts

Its a bad Oring/s, the 7.3s dont push oil back to fuel filter typically like a 6.0, they just burn it. The compression is high enough that you wont see smoke because of it. Some people even run straight waste motor oil in there truck and it smokes less than you think.
