I have several codes but before i list them, the syptoms are low boost numbers and decrease in power. The codes are
p0113 Intake air temp circ high input
p0238 turbo boost sens A circ high input
p1247 turbo boost press low
p1248 turbo boost press not detected
p1211 icp not copntrollable

I know the last one is because of the chip.

check your map hose for leaks make sure it's connected properly on both ends. also check to see if your iat sensor and map sensors are connected. try clearing codes and see what comes back.

fixed it. had a vaccum leak

a vacuum leak? you mean a boost leak?
