power problems

01 f550 idles fine go down the road at operating temp and falls on its face let sit for five min its fine again for a few miles repeat........

I'd find someone with a scanner such as Auto Enginuity and scan it as it's happening. That will at least get you some information as to what is goin on. Do you get a check engine light when this happens?

no check engine light at this time i just bought the truck and it has 30k on the ticker... it has been sitting in sub zero temperatures for about two weeks straight gelled up perhaps ???? i drove it before it got cold and snowy out it ran awesome so it started doing this stuff and i pulled the filter and replaced it got a little better also it has not been in a spot to be plugged in either i dont know much about powerstrokes... i have it inside my heated shop now if it dont turn around tomorrow im takin it to the ford garage need help

Check supply pump pressure is it falling out as your going down the road? If so drop tank and check screen. Just got done with one in the shop 2000 F-550 Fuel tank coating was peeling off inside of tank.
