compression test

how do these look 1 458 3 440 5 458 7 418 2 420 4 420 6 420 8 420 i am getting oil in the fuel 1 ,3 and 5 injector oil spill over is weak . rough idle when warm.

oil in the fuel bowl? if thats it, it's your injector o rings

BTW, compression numbers are good

yes fuel filter saturated with engine oil.orings were changed about two years ago.probably has 40000 on the set of orings.

has to be orings. the HPO is blowing past the orings that seperate the HPO ports from the fuel ports in the head and being back fed into the fuel system through the rail in the head, under pressure, to the fuel bowl. my truck did this as well, it was the injector o rings

whats it mean?
i would assume he means the amount of oil coming out of the spill spouts on the injectors, ie runnin with valve covers removed and visually verifying the oil coming out of the injector spill spouts

yes i was observing 1 3 and 5 spillovers with the valve covers off .thanks for the info.going to pull injectors and have a look see.

i am havig same prob with my truck but no oil in fuel filter can this be injector o rings also

UPDATE NO 5 ORANGE ORING WAS SHOT OTHERS ONES LOOKED OK SENT INJECTORS OUT TO HAVE THEM TESTED SIX FAILED THE 500 PSI AND 2500 PSI TEST.REPLACED ALL EIGHT RAN LIKE A DREAM .ROUGH IDLE GONE.RAN FOR FIFTY MILES TO PURGE THE AIR GOT BACK IN AND THE TRUCK WOULD SIT THERE AND HUNT RPMS.HOOKED SCANTOOL UP AND AT IDLE IPR WAS AT 17 TO 19 PERCENT.PULLED IPR, ORINGS LOOKED OK, PULLED THE SHUTTLE VALVE OUT OF THE IPR AND THE SHUTTLE HAD DEEP GROOVES CUT DOWN ON ONE SIDE.REPLACED WITH NEW IPR AND RUNS LIKE IT SHOULD.THANKS FOR THE REPLYS.
