2000 excursion problem

Last night at a family get together my brother wanted to install his superchip into my newly purchased excursion. His truck is a 99 f250 auto and mine is a 2000 2wd auto both 7.3 psd. After uninstalling from his truck and attempting to install in my excursion it ran like crap. Theft light came on and ship points are messed up and will not go over 45 mph. So i returned to stock in my excursion and still ran the same and theft light is still on. I tried to install back in my brothers truck but the superchip programmer is saying no connection, checked connection and seems to be fine. When turning the key to wait to start(wts), the wts light does not come one and truck turns-over but will not start. Does any body know what is going on, this is my first psd. Thanks in advance for any help.

IT sounds like your fuel heater fuse may have blown. Check your fuses under the hood.
