Injector cups

So I have been reading about the injector cups, and that sounded like my problem. So I pulled the injectors so that I could pressure test cooling system but when I filled the raditor you could here the water filling up the cylinder. 3rd one back on the passenger side. Look like it was coming out of the fuel passage. Could that still be the cups or worse. I pulled the cups and they look fine.
