Mark,
The low-pressure should be 45-60. If you look at the front of the passengers head you'll see a 1/8" pipe plug screwed in. (It's behind the alternator and to the left of the fuel filter, standing on the bumper.) You can screw out the plug and connect a gauge. Turn the ignition switch on and read the pressure. The pump will time out in about 15 seconds so don't screw around after turning the switch On. The high pressure pump, I think it's about 1,400 psi. The low pressure fuel regulator is on the side of the fuel filter housing. It's just a standard spring/plunger type relief. I'll tell you where to get a Ford Service manual. Don't know if links are illegal here or not soooo you'll have to do the math. They're at fordcds dot com (yes, use a period where "dot" is and no spaces.) I paid a scalper on fleabay about $20.00 for mine but there at the fordcds address for free. No not all Newbies are dumb. Captain Mike Last edited by Mcathcart; 03-29-2007 at 08:43 PM.
