Turbo's out, doesn't want to go home

I pulled my turbo to replace the pedestal orings but it won't go back in; I've tried nearly everything except pulling the cab or dropping the up-pipes and tried to get the up pipe and turbo pins to line up but all I got was a bad headache and busted headlight for my trouble. I still have the marmon clamp bolt stuck in one of the tubes and have to pull them anyway.

This is my first turbo R/R and it went badly, to say the least.
