1999 F-350 Starts right up, runs rough and smokes
1999 F-350. 7.3 166,000 miles. Starts right up, runs. Runs rough, misses on acceleration, smokes. Have been told GPS and turbo... What do you guys think?

the cps, from what i understand, either works or doesn't. May come and go, but wont cause your symptoms.
Injectors? hpop? icp sensor? ipr? any mods ?

Stock. Would a turbo cause that? I had a mechanic tell me it was an air problem, whats that mean?
