Question PLEASE HELP 7.3 DRIVE N ME CRAZZZYYYY

THIS IS TO ANY ONE THAT CAN HELP 01 F250 CC 7.3 ALL IVE DONE IS A BUILT TRANNY AND A POWER PUP THE OTHER DAY DRIVING ALONG SUM @$$ 0 CUTS ME OFF SO I STUFF IT AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON RUNNING ROUGH MISFIRE SKIP I GO TO MY GARAGE TAKE THE PROGRAMMER OUT TAKE THE BATT WIRES OFF TRY THIS AGAIN LIGHT STILL ON ONLY TIME IT WILL RUN GOOD IS WHEN ITS COLD AS SOON AS ITS WARM LIGHTS ON BACK TO SQUARE 1 CHANGED THE CAMSHAFT POS SENSOR TOOK THE BATT WIRES OFF THE TO FLASH THE COMP NO LUCK AND I CAN ONLY GET CODES FROM MY PROGAMMER NOT FROM A OBD SCAN TOOL PLEASE HELP BOUT TO GO CRAZYTHANKS TO ALL:

Sorry i was in a rush yesterday morning. I was running late for work seeing how my trucks dead.i can only pull codes from my programmer not any scan tool.

These are the codes i got the first time i checked them.

0340,1316,0107,0603.
If any one can help me out with these thanks

i scanned my truck again this morning and i came up 1316 idm.Not sure if that has something to do with the harness under the valve cover.

I also inspected the harness above the drivers side valve cover and the was no wear.So if anyone can help me from her ewhat you may no or heard of will help thanks ...

same thing happened to me a while back and it was the wiring harness under the valve cover.

I tried to figure it out with no luck! I eventually had to limp into the shop

You need to check the UVC harness on the inside of both VC's, sounds like one is loose or has a bad connection, look for burnt pins in the connector as well.

I changed to harness under the vc on the driverside. truck is back to normal thanks for all the help
