Yes it is. Why do you think it is shorting out? Is the wait to start buttoun not coming on? or doe the #30 fuse keep going out?

I am having the same trouble on my 2003 7.3. But on mine the fuel bowl heater is fuse #105 i belive correct me if i am wrong please. I replaced this fuse and unplugged the white 2 wire plug on the back of the fuel bowl turned the key on and heard a buzzing noies for about 2-3seconds then pop the fuse blew again.SO i checked the plug to make sure i unplugged the right one and i do belive i did. After futher looking into the valley of the motor i seen that the tin nut was missing on the ipr sensor. I stopped today at an international dealer and got the nut. I have not got home yet to put it on. But before i do will a loose ipr sensor cause fuse #105 to blow please help i'm lost a this point.
