I would bet on a fuel issue. Change your filters first and see if that helps. Sounds like you have a lack of fuel to one or more injectors. Could be bad injectors but do the filters and report back.

it aint smokin at all i was wondering if my injectors where bad and if that was a way to tell. my oil level was 2 quarts low so i went ahead and changed it earler today too. but it didnt help either. Could the oil burning have somethin to do with it because it hasnt leaked a drop?

Did you check the oil in the HPOP?
Sounds to me like low fuel pressure for sure.
