rough idol and no power

my 97 psd is idoling rough and has no power. my whole truck shakes when driving it. it shakes so bad it that it is rattling bolts loose. if someone could help i would appricate it. thanks

I would bet on a fuel issue. Change your filters first and see if that helps. Sounds like you have a lack of fuel to one or more injectors. Could be bad injectors but do the filters and report back.

2003 6.0 F350 dually on high cholesterol fuel (WVO)
2000 7.3 Excursion also on a high cholesterol fuel

fuel filter didnt help. if i had bad injectors it would be blowing white smoke right?

how bad is the smoke , if its real bad you could have injector problems for sure

it aint smokin at all i was wondering if my injectors where bad and if that was a way to tell. my oil level was 2 quarts low so i went ahead and changed it earler today too. but it didnt help either. Could the oil burning have somethin to do with it because it hasnt leaked a drop?

i would have codes pulled first , and also would run a fuel pressure test , before i went any farther, dont want to guess

Did you check the oil in the HPOP?
Sounds to me like low fuel pressure for sure.
