youll be able to tell just by listening if all the noise is coming from one side and the manifold and everything will be completely cold

When mine did that, it was the injector harness under the valve cover.

yeah its prob the harness on the passenger side. pretty common on the 7.3's

Could be the PCM. Mine is doing something like that but only on occasion and mine is getting a new PCM.

So it started now? If it sounds like a vacuum cleaner it could be the EBPV sticking or its just cold so the valve is shut
