Boost leak
i made boost leak detector and tried it out. put it in the intake run the pressure up to 10psi and it leaked somewhere behind the turbo. my guess is the up pipes but how would the air get from the cold side to the hot side of the turbo. also have a leak at the rubber boots going into the engine.

its not on the up pipes. it maybe from the back of where the intake tube from the filter attaches to the turbo. OR, by a long shot, could be from where the turbo intake side halves come together? only placeI can figure from behind the turbo. you SURE its from back there? sounds can be very decieving. boost the pressure up to 30 and see if that helps.

if your putting air in the intake and don't have it plugged somewhere it will run right through the engine past the valves that are open and will go out through the exhaust.
