P0475 and P0603
My truck was running like total poop this weekend. Would idle rough then idle up on its own but not stay there (like it wanted to go into high idle but wouldnt stay) it even did it after it was att opp temp. I hooked up to a buddys scanner today and traced that back to the ICP sensor (there was a loose connection due to a removed 5.5k and 10k mod) but while hooked up to the scanner i also read a P0603- Internal control module KAM error i read thats a common code for trucks with chips so im ok with that but what bugs me is what the eff does KAM stand for? also pulled a P0475- Exhaust pressure control valve fault. is it something to do wih the flap in the exhaust? why is it doing it? I noticed when i get on it when it just warms up i get a SES light but not when ive been going down the road for a bit and its 100% warmed up and i get on it. I know for a fact it isnt a P0238 (over boost)
thanks for any insite!
